Shipping Information

We want to make shipping as seamless as possible while ensuring your products arrive safely and in perfect condition. ​

🚨 Double-Check Your Address! 🚨 Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. If a package is sent to an incorrect or incomplete address, we are unable to retrieve or redirect it.

Customer Responsibility: We ship orders exactly as entered, so please verify your information carefully.

Missed or Returned Packages: If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping may require an additional shipping fee.

Tracking & Notifications: You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships—keep an eye on it to ensure smooth delivery!

🚨 Shipping Limitations 🚨
We currently ship throughout all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii, using USPS Ground Advantage. At this time, we’re unable to ship internationally due to high costs and carrier limitations. We hope to expand in the future, and we’re so grateful for your interest and support.
If you have questions about delivery timing or need help tracking an order, we’re always here to help!

​We’ve recently updated how we ship—now using Ground services to keep costs low and care high. Your order will still arrive beautifully packed and handled with love, as always. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days, including Saturdays.

📬 A Note on Delivery Timing
Once your order is packed and shipped, it’s in the trusted hands of USPS Ground Advantage. While we’re happy to help track your package, please know that we aren’t able to control delivery speed or delays once it’s with the carrier.
We’ll always send tracking info as soon as your order ships, and we’re here if something seems off. But just like you, we rely on USPS to get your goodies safely to your doorstep.

Local Pickup Available!
For our neighbors, we offer free local pickup! Just choose the ‘Local Pickup’ option at checkout. ✅ Orders must be paid in full before pickup. ✅ Online orders only—we do not have an in-store shop. ✅ You’ll receive an email confirmation when your order is ready!

​Summer Shipping Advisory
To ensure your orders arrive in perfect condition, we’ve adjusted our shipping schedule during high temperatures:

No weekend shipping: Orders placed after Thursday will ship the following Monday to prevent them from sitting in hot warehouses.

Early-week shipping: During summer months, we prioritize beginning-of-week shipments to minimize heat exposure during transit.

Package tracking & prompt retrieval: We strongly encourage customers to track their shipments and be available to receive their orders. Leaving packages outside in extreme heat can affect product quality.

Our Return Policy
At Simply Made by Jodie, we are dedicated to delivering products and service of the highest quality. Due to the nature of our handcrafted items, we are unable to accept returns. However, customer satisfaction remains our top priority. Should your order arrive damaged or in unsatisfactory condition, please notify us within 5 days of delivery and include a clear photograph of both the product and its packaging. We will review the matter promptly and work toward a fair and appropriate resolution.
