Ordering is simple and designed to support your workflow.

You’ll find case pack sizes, case pack pricing, and suggested retail pricing for each product.

2. Submit Your Order

Orders can be placed by:

• Or using the Retail Partner Order Form (if you want to add one later)

3. Receive Confirmation

We’ll confirm your order, provide an estimated ship date, and send an invoice.

4. Processing & Shipping

Most orders ship within 5–7 business days. Seasonal or large orders may require additional time.

🌿 Order Minimums

These minimums help us maintain consistency and small‑batch quality.

• Opening order minimum: $200

• Reorder minimum: $100

• Case pack requirements:

  • Soaps: sets of 4 per scent

  • Lip balms: sets of 6 per flavor

• Maximum order limit:

• To maintain small‑batch quality, soap orders are limited to 36 bars per order.
