Product Stability: While our handmade soaps are formulated to withstand high temperatures and will not melt, some of our other products may be more susceptible to heat. So please take that into consideration upon ordering. We take every precaution to ensure these items are shipped with the utmost care.

Summer Shipping Advisory
To ensure your orders arrive in perfect condition, we’ve adjusted our shipping schedule during high temperatures:

No weekend shipping: Orders placed after Thursday will ship the following Monday to prevent them from sitting in hot warehouses.

Early-week shipping: During summer months, we prioritize beginning-of-week shipments to minimize heat exposure during transit.

Package tracking & prompt retrieval: We strongly encourage customers to track their shipments and be available to receive their orders. Leaving packages outside in extreme heat can affect product quality.

Kindly be informed that our products may soften or melt during transit or delivery in hot weather.
