How It Works:

✅ Complete the Wholesale Request Form – Provide details about your business, including your Tax ID/EIN. You must have a resale certificate.

✅ Approval Process – Once submitted, we will review your application to ensure it meets our wholesale requirements. Approvals typically take [5-7] business days.

✅ Start Ordering – After approval, you’ll receive wholesale pricing details and instructions for placing bulk orders.

Seller Guidelines:

• Brand Integrity: Products must not be rebranded, repackaged, or altered in any way.

• Sales Restrictions: Reselling on third-party retail platforms—such as Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Alibaba, Facebook Shops, Poshmark, or private groups—is prohibited without express written consent from Simply Made by Jodie.

• Online Sales Policy: Online sales are allowed only if the seller operates a brick-and-mortar storefront, with product pricing equal to or higher than Simply Made by Jodie’s retail prices.

• No Drop Shipping: Simply Made by Jodie does not support or permit drop shipping.

Pricing:

📦 3 loaves (30 bars): $75.00 ($2.50 per bar)

📦 6 loaves (60 bars): $120.00 ($2.00 per bar)

Important Notes:

✅ All wholesale soaps are sold with our branded labels intact—labels must remain on the products for resale.

✅ Minimum order requirement: 3 loaves (30 bars).

✅ Orders ship via USPS, with shipping rates starting at $22.00. Buyers are responsible for shipping costs, which vary based on order size. WE SHIP PRIORITY MAIL FLAT RATE ONLY! Free delivery for orders within 15 miles.

✅ Payment Terms: Full payment is due at the time of order placement. Bulk discounts apply only to single purchases of 6 loaves.

✅ Production & Shipping Timeline: Our handcrafted soaps require 7 days of curing before they are ready to ship.

Orders will be processed upon payment and shipped immediately after the curing period.

To ensure brand integrity, Simply Made by Jodie reserves the right to request verification that these guidelines are being followed. This may include requesting photos of the products as they are displayed in stores or online.
