Our Body Butters are heat sensitive. Please track your order closely and bring it inside as soon as it arrives. If exposed to heat—whether during transit or in a hot car—your butter may melt into a liquid. While it will re-solidify once cooled and remain safe to use, it will lose its whipped, fluffy texture. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for melting at any temperature.
